Equipping Leaders & Transforming Nations
RCM College Seminary was founded to give today's church serious theological training that also works in the day-to-day life of ministry. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, so we study it with the same care and rigor that any academic discipline demands.
What is learned in the classroom has to reach the church and the street. With that in mind, we organized five faculties where Christian doctrine engages with management, education, mental health and anthropology. We want graduates who know the Scriptures well and who can think for themselves when they face the real problems of their congregations and communities.
To train leaders to serve in the Kingdom of God, with a clear understanding of the Bible and the professional preparation their field requires. We want every student to learn to interpret the Scriptures well and to put them into practice, whether in ministry, at the head of an institution, in the classroom or alongside people going through a crisis.
To become a Christian institution of higher education recognized internationally for its academic seriousness and its faithfulness to the Scriptures. Our hope is that the leaders who leave our classrooms will, in this century, equip other leaders and carry the Gospel far enough to transform nations.
