Church Management and Leadership

The sacred stewardship of God's resources

The Faculty's Academic Vision

From the beginning, God placed man in the garden to work it and take care of it (Genesis 2:15). That is why we see management as part of Christian stewardship, and that is how we teach it in this faculty.

Pastors, ministry directors and leaders of nonprofit organizations are trained here. They study strategic planning and financial management to demanding technical standards, so that every ministry makes good use of the resources God has given it.

We expect our graduates to lead with integrity, to be transparent and accountable, and to bring to the church the same high standards found in the best-run organizations.
